DELIVERY 🚚
How long is the delivery time?
After you place an order, it usually takes between 1-2 business days for us to manufacture & quality-assure your product. The delivery time takes between 2-7 working days.
During holidays (e.g. Christmas & Black Friday) you can expect a slightly longer delivery time due to high pressure)
I have placed an order but not received an order confirmation?
An order confirmation is sent via e-mail and normally arrives within a couple of minutes.
Sometimes it can end up in the trash as it is an automatically generated email, so check there as well. If you have not received an order confirmation within 24 hours, you can contact us.
Can I track my package?
Yes, all our packages are trackable.
You always receive an email sent from us as soon as your order has been packed.
If you haven't received an email, check to make sure it hasn't ended up in your spam folder.
In the email sent from us, there is a link where you can track your package.
Click on the link and you will see the current status.
Sometimes it can take a few days before the actual tracking starts.
Can I get my order faster?
No, we do not offer express delivery.
I need the package by a certain date. Can you fix it?
No, unfortunately we are unable to guarantee delivery by a certain date as transport is out of our control and manufacturing also depends on the availability of our partners.
I have ordered several products. Are they all coming at the same time?
Normally yes. As all products are made to order and we use different partners around United States, it may happen that the products, depending on the availability of our partners, are sent from different places and therefore come in different packages.
Of course, you only pay the shipping cost once.
Do you have any products in your own stock?
No, everything is made to order.

I have received a faulty item, what now?
You have received your order and excitedly open the package only to discover… Your product has arrived broken or is deemed to be faulty or, has a manufacturer fault. If you believe that your purchase has a fault, please email our friendly Customer Service team at support@unbrokenreps.com with your invoice number and the details of the fault along with a picture. Our team will happily assist you further.
Can unopened products be returned?
Our goal at UnbrokenReps is that you love your order.
